Our Firm has built a legacy of legal excellence since its founding in 1932 by H.E. Kazem El Khalil, a distinguished member of the Lebanese Parliament and Council of Ministers. Over the decades, we have effectively represented a diverse client base, including leading local businesses and international corporations.

Since 1970, Nasser El Khalil, Senior and Managing Partner, has led the Firm with vision and dedication. Under his leadership, the Firm maintained a leading position in litigation in Lebanon, handling high profile bank liquidation and criminal cases. Nasser considerably expanded the Firm’s regional practice—assisting prominent Lebanese banking and commercial clients in establishing licensed operations across the Middle East and managing client interests throughout the MENA region, Europe, and West Africa.

Building on this foundation, today, Abir Al Khalil, Managing Partner of the Firm, carries this experience forward with deep expertise and a modern perspective. Dual-qualified in England & Wales and Lebanon, Abir has significantly developed the Firm’s international practice, guiding clients through complex cross-border transactions with a nuanced understanding of diverse legal systems and a focus on delivering clear and practical solutions.
