NASSER EL KHALIL
Nasser El Khalil, Senior and Managing Partner of the Firm, brings over 45 years of legal and business experience, with deep expertise in banking, commercial law, complex cross-border transactions and financial crimes. Formerly an NYSE-certified account executive and CBT commodity solicitor, Nasser combines deep financial acumen with robust legal expertise, providing him with a unique perspective on corporate and financial matters including M&As and IPOs. He has led high-profile bank liquidation cases, and served as Chairman of the Bank Al Mashrek Liquidation Committee (1991–2005), managing asset liquidation and overseeing the sale of major banks and corporations and real property. Nasser played a pivotal role in drafting key financial legislation for Lebanon, including the Financial Markets Law and the Murabat (Usury) Law. He has led numerous legal initiatives in the region, advising Lebanese banks and large corporates on market entry and regulatory compliance in the region. He continues to advise cross-border banking relations.

ABIR AL KHALIL
With over 20 years of experience, Abir Al Khalil, Managing Partner of the Firm, advises on complex local and international transactions, including equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, securitizations, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures for major multinational industrial ventures. She has participated in privatization, corporatization and public-private partnership projects launched by the Lebanese Republic and has contributed to legal reform initiatives to improve the business environment in Lebanon, including working with the International Finance Corporation on reforming the country’s bankruptcy framework. Abir regularly advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, and regional clients alongside international law firms – including Magic Circle Firms- on Lebanese regulatory and legal matters and in respect of their cross-border transactions. Her client base spans across the MENA region, including Cyprus, and West Africa. She has also provided legal guidance on Lebanon's oil and gas regulatory framework.

KAMAL HAIDAR
Kamal Haidar has been practicing law since 1999, with substantial experience in civil, commercial, banking, and criminal litigation across all court levels in Lebanon. He is widely recognized as an expert in criminal law, with deep knowledge in cases involving money laundering, fraud, forgery, and Interpol-related matters. Kamal also advises on cross-border inheritance disputes and family law issues, including marriage and divorce.
In addition to his litigation practice, he has significant experience in real estate law, having handled significant real estate transactions and development projects for prominent developers. He is also adept at managing all matters related to property management, offering comprehensive legal support to landlords, tenants, and property owners.

WASSIM MAADAD
Wassim Maadad has been practicing law since 2008, specializing in commercial law, corporate restructurings, and cross-border transactions. Mohamad Jam has been practicing law since 2010, with a focus on civil and criminal litigation.
